My daughter left her Kobe basketball shoes in the room after checking out. We knew exactly where we left them. However, now the Maid and Housekeeping staff have not turned anything in to Lost and Found. Multiple attempts to reach Housekeeping have gone no where. I'm seeking the General Managers information but that is hard to locate as well.

If I could give this hotel zero stars it would be well deserved. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star. Although, to me one star is entirely to much for them. With great dissatisfaction me and my family stayed at Home 2 Suites here in Mt. Juliet, TN. Their housekeeping entered our room without our knowledge that they were coming in. AWESOME Front Desk and Restaurant Staff. Our most significant challenge was the cleaning staff, particularly the young lady assigned to our room. SHE NEVER CLEANED IT. The only thing she did during our four-night stay was make our bed once (and she didn't change the sheets). She also didn't vacuum. Admittedly, we erred on the second day as this is an "every other day" cleaning location (which is horrible considering how much it costs). Our German Shepherd Dog Club of America, the parent club under the American Kennel Club, was scheduled to hold our annual January Board Meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta, GA. Positive aspects of Hilton at Florence, South Carolina I-95: • Clean room • Clean bathroom • Acceptable breakfast Negative aspects of Hilton at Florence, South Carolina I-95: • Front desk attendants rude, discourteous, at check in • No pool neither spa open • Hot water at lobby: cold • Dogs barking during the nigh in the rooms and/or corridors • Old noisy A/C unit during the night • Poor bed setting

Had a great stay, wonderful location 5 minutes from Bridge Park. Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good and server was friendly.

I stayed at this cesspool of a hotel in December 2025: Hampton Inn, Deptford. When we checked in, OMG, very scary & miserable woman with a really bad attitude was at the front desk. It felt like she was angry with us because she worked there! The Hampton-Deptford does NOT clean the rooms daily. You pretty much have to track somebody down for clean towels, clean sheets, tissues, etc. off their cleaning carts. We would change our sheets when we got back and left the dirty sheets in the hallway. That’s how you get fresh linen... read more
