Rooms were immaculate, staff were kind and welcoming. The biggest shoutout to the manager Diana and their kitchen staff, they were extremely welcoming and the food was fantastic! That French toast was the best I've ever had. For our first trip/stay ever in the United States, you guys set the bar high!!
I was here for 1 night (June 5th-6th 2026) and it was a hotel.

My brother and I wanted two rooms for an extended weekend trip to Chicago. We got there about 5pm I think, and our reserved, pre-paid rooms were given away. We were moved to a different floor (not a big deal) and not next door to each other (annoying but not impossible). My room hadn't been completely restocked (eg missing extra TP). I only had maid service once, and the coffee/glasses area wasn't restocked. Temperature in my room started at freezing.
