I booked for 2 nights. My flight was cancelled late in the evening and I was having trouble figuring out a rebooking. I talked to a manager there and she said if I called before a certain time I could get a partial refund I called at that time, waited on hold, and was put through where I was immediately disconnected. I tried calling back at least 10 more times and was unable to get through until a couple hours later and they said there was nothing they could do. I tried again another time. Great hotel in the heart of Chicago! The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. The location is perfect — close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. I especially loved the terrace with its beautiful view — a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The price is reasonable for the comfort and amenities provided. Highly recommend!
