I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to give a special shoutout to Rashad and Brittany. From the moment I arrived, Brittany was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive.Rashad went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth with my invoice, and Brittany's friendly attitude and willingness to help truly stood out.They both made me feel valued as a guest, and their customer service made my experience even better.

Such a lovely hotel within walking distance to the mall and nice restaurants. The star of this hotel is the front desk agent, Rasheed. He was incredibly friendly and brought me some plastic ware when it wasn’t delivered with my Door Dash order. I also need an extra blanket and he brought me three to choose from! Best customer service in a hotel that I have had in a long time! Rasheed makes you feel like you’re in a five star hotel! I’d definitely stay here again!

I sent my mom and her best friend to this property while heading out of town for a couple of days. The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND most customer service standards. Elite service. My mom and her friend raved the entire way home about how well they were treated and how helpful the staff was. Location to local shopping and food was also highly mentioned. I truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality.

Room was very cold when we checked in. Tried to warm it up but heater was making a horrible noise! No one at front desk so couldn't switch rooms. No maintenance on-site so no one to fix it either. So disappointed! I really enjoyed our stay at the Hometown Suites in Destin. This just wasn't the same experience.
