This hotel quoted me one price plus an incidental fee that would drop off after checkout at the counter. When I received my bill they had charged my card a ridiculous amount and then refunded it later and charged another amount that was way more than price given at counter. I called several times only to get the run around to say I was mistaken. Left messages with manager only to never get a response. Do better Hilton! Your hotels are too nice to have incompetent desk staff.
Nice hotel. Noisy night neighbors waking up slamming doors through the night though.
Our check-in was an unnecessary disaster but I will accept the hotel's apology and will move on to the positives. This looks to be a fairly new and well maintained property. The public areas, including the pool, are well designed and beautiful. Our room was over-sized, quiet, and comfortable.
