Room was musty and stagnant. A/C didn’t work well. Bedding had sweat stains on pillow cases and smelled like body odor. Bed sunk in where people lay with an annoying higher mid point. Loud people in hallway in middle of night yelling and slamming doors. House keeper (male) knocked and literally 2 seconds later barged right into the room while I was still in bed early in the morning, then he laughed and left. That was weird and it made me uncomfortable. Also, breakfast is not included.
For some reason, the handwashing faucets in their lobby restrooms have extremely hot water. I wasn't sure if I was washing my hands or preparing tea!
