I’m a frequent business traveler and stayed at this exact hotel for years, but unfortunately it has gone downhill so badly that I can no longer justify staying here. On my most recent trip, I arrived around 9:00 PM to find a lobby full of people waiting because rooms still had not been cleaned. I ended up waiting about an hour before I could get into my room. Place is definitely going downhill, I use it often for work and their idea of ‘ we do housekeeping every other day ‘ means that they actually won’t do it . Stayed 4 nights and was never done , not even after they were told . Getting new towels seemed almost an inconvenience and I had to get myself.. breakfast’buffet ‘ is the biggest joke , price goes up every time I stay .. now we are at $25 plus expected tip for very lousy service and sub par food .. $30 for yogurt and almost rotten fruit is absolutely a rip off
