Excellent stay from the booking process to check-in. Lovely hotel and has jacuzzi room option. Thank you for the hospitality!
The air conditioning unit in my original room was incredibly loud, so I called guest services and Kam was extremely accommodating in switching me out of my room. She had a colleague check on the original room and let me know they were able to resolve the loud sound on the unit (a loose cover), but I was able to move to a different room with a quiet unit so I can sleep. I truly appreciate the staff’s kindness and understanding, and their willingness to accommodate my request to change rooms.
Dirty carpets in the rooms. Dirty elevator No hot water Poor internet food is also not great. Overall quality of this hotel is far below from what I have experienced from other Hilton properties.
Something is wrong here. I was greeted by a friendly staff. My room was very nice. I had an awesome dinner. Shay was very attentive. I went back to my room to take a nice hot bath after a long day of travel. To my surprise, there was NO HOT WATER! I called down to the front desk after reconnecting the desk phone to the phone line wire that was deliberately removed.
