A completely predictable, comfortable, and uneventful stay. I don’t think there is much else anyone can ask for from a HGI, and I will certainly choose it again when I am back in the area. Safe and convenient location, close to all the things. I stayed in Charlotte for 4 days and needed a place to briefly rest and unwind each night. I didn’t eat the breakfast, I didn’t swim in the pool, I didn’t use the gym. What you'd expect from a 3 star pretty average 230 a night is kind of a ripoff for what you get
Carpets very worn and dirty whole place needs good cleaning.Bar is poorly stocked,also no complementary breakfast or reasonable price. As far service, we decided to stay another day for some other activities we found can you would think they would at least give us a second night for the same price but they wanted to charge even more and that was a chore to get them to a reasonable price!!
