Room was fine lots of stains on the carpet and stained sheets, had to get new ones. No complimentary breakfast and at these prices they should offer this.
I ordered a parcel to the hotel, it got lost, although on my tracking app it says it was delivered at the hotel. No one at the hotel was able to help me and did not have any answer. Furthermore, the WIFI was off for days, no one tried to resolve it. I had to use international roaming

I stayed last week as I came in town for an 50th birthday party and I had Andre as a breakfast server who was very attentive, he refilled my coffee and recommended places in the area. He had great customer service. The Food and Beverage Manager Brittany prepared a very delicious omelette for me and I am allergic to tomatoes and she came out to make sure she made it herself to ensure I didn’t have an allergic reaction to anything.
