I don't usually take the time to post about hotel chains. This suited me perfectly though. Attendant was personable and upgraded my room since they had extra space.
Best food, friendly staff, awesome chef. I stay here one week once a year. There are a few restaurants in walking distance! Great place and quiet at night.
I chose this location as it’s incredibly close to the Amphitheater, but that was the only redeeming factor. I got there and their systems were down. Couldn’t check me in. No problem, I got the app and can do digital key. Get in the room and am immediately hit with the funkiest mold smell. My partner’s eyes and throat start itching within 3 minutes of being in the room. Go back and ask for a room change, no can do because the systems are down.
