The room service was subpar. On the same day I had room service, I went to take a shower at night and discovered that the shower gel hadn’t been replenished. I tried calling the front desk for about five minutes without any response. After getting dressed, I went to the front desk in person, and the staff member told me she had stepped out, which is why no one had answered the phone. As a Hilton Honors member staying for five days, this has been a disappointing experience. I will not return and do not recommend staying here.

If you actually want to get sleep while here don’t stay in this hotel. The clubs music banging all night you will not sleep. 700 dollars for three nights and we didn’t sleep. 2 am every night bass megaphones yelling shots. Would never ever stay here again. Horrible. Front desk was nice nothing they can do. But as a company you need to advertise what people are getting with the noise when booking. It’s false advertisement and that’s garbage.
