I was at your hotel 7 to 9 Nov. 2025. I It was one of worst stay in your hotel, very bad experience and frustrated for the below reasons: 1. I checked in on 7 Nov, front desk provided a single King Room, although I booked 2 queen bed room. 2. Front desk , issued the Key to some other person, while I was in my room, they did double checked In, at the same time, which is a serious offence. 3. Didn’t provide room service for 3 days.
We had several friends and family in town for a family wedding. The entire property was under construction, without notice. Each floor was under construction. Only 1 elevator was in working order, all computers were down, electrical outlets in several rooms did NOT work, and the restaurant did not have cheese or meat for our nachos. A hotel employee knocked on our door to ask our 'reservation name' and what room # we had, as they didn't know who was in what room. David at the front desk was awful and started our conversation by yelling at our group after we waited patiently for 20 min to check in while there was no line.
I stayed here for a work conference and they had construction beginning at 5:30 AM. My first night I was put in a room with a thermostat that was stuck on 78° with no way to stop the heat pumping out. I called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do to help me, and no one to call for maintenance purposes. They also had no other available rooms.
