This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I booked two rooms for my family and me on the Expedia app on August 3rd, for three nights from August 6th to 9th, totaling $2,100. When I checked in at around 9:30 PM on August 6th, the front desk clerk informed me that both rooms had been canceled.
