MAID STOLE FROM US! Our maid was caught in the act of stealing from us! Our ocean view room had a broken window so we couldn’t use it, or coffee machine and refrigerator was broken. Along with hair in my shower from the previous people! Save your money and go somewhere else! There are plenty of beach front Hotel next to this one, go to one of those!
Excellent stay
This hotel is top notch!!! I stay at this hotel every few months and my experience every time has been exceptional! The customer service is awesome, everyone goes above and beyond…shout out to Andrew who truly cares about the guests and their experience! I can’t thank him and the rest of the team enough! Shout out to Jay as well!
