Amazing location by the ocean. Excellent service. The rooms are spacious and have a microwave and coffee machine. We were unfortunates our toilet got clogged and flooded our room few minutes after we arrived but they fixed it timely. Our coffee machine also broke but they replaced it for it.
I can't remember the front desk's lady that checked me in. I just want to say how incredible she was. I was greeted with a very friendly smile and she assisted me as I couldn't access the entrance gate to the parking lot. She was very helpful.
So - loved the location! BUT - then so many issues: 1) There was a block of room reserved for a wedding party - most folks were allowed early check-in (Friday 10/10/25). We got there around 2pm - was told room would be ready soon - go grab lunch and we will text you when it is ready. Come back at 3:15 (regular check-in is 3pm) and NOT ready! Finally, around 3:40pm, we got into the room 2) That night, one of the bedspreads smelled like urine - took it off and put it on the floor, then noticed the bed smelled the same way. UGH... read more
Great location & great price.nothing fancy but for our family in town for soccer a tournament provided a great value & location close to both San Diego soccer complexes. No included breakfast buffet& parking is additional $27 .Disappointed & suprised that the Pool open till 10pm but, Restaurant & bar closed @9pm. Lots of soccer parents would have enjoyed the bar after a long days drive . At least they did have small shop for drinks & food after hours.
