Room was nice, location is good. I would gave it more than a three stars on service but the waitress in the restaurant was not that friendly
Rooms are super loud you hear everything
The beds are a little uncomfortable. They have a major towel issue at the pool. There are never towels available. I go in and ask for the 2nd day of my stay and they have towels folded in the bin at the front desk but no one will bring them out. There is about 30 people and everyone is complaining about the same thing. My sister in law’s room, her toilet doesn’t work very well. It’s a pretty hotel and location, but i wont stay here again.
