ホテルはコンパクトでとても綺麗です。 部屋に関しては、他のクチコミにもありましたが、空調がうるさいです。個人的には寝るには気になってしまうレベルでした。 温度調整も難しく、少しとまどいました。 シャワーがぬるく、水圧も足りなく感じましたが、こんなものかなと。 朝食に関しては可もなく不可もなく。土地柄的に、外でブランチを考えても良いかと思います。 ホテルの周囲は治安が良いとは言い難い雰囲気を感じました。 スタッフの方たちは、とてもフレンドリーで親しみ易い印象です。 スーパーマーケットも近く、便利でした。
Great place to stay for business or personal travel.
Poor management decision making. Booked the wrong hotel by accident. Stayed in another Hilton property and this hotel still charged for one night stay. They reiterated their cancellation policy rather than make a business decision to assist a 20 year hilton customer.
Great hotel, close to attractions. Service was wonderful. The restaurant has nice meals and even a vegan option which I appreciated! They have a water bottle refill station by the front desk, and in the rooms a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with pods. The area around is convenient but can be a bit sketchy but I felt safe walking around regardless. Very close to the central library, studio Bell music centre and the c train.
