Very poor service. Rooms are nice/clean. Elevators are not good, you will wait 15 minutes if you’re lucky. Front desk staff is incompetent. Homeless people outside on front steps constantly. Spend your money elsewhere.
Great room and clean place, great service, staffs are all friendly. But bit scary with many homeless people and so noisy in early morning from trams.
