The service here is great. Breakfast options were varied and tasty. The hot tub doesn't really have jets or bubbles, a few screws need to be tightened. Great location.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and it’s always been great! However this time, nothing but bad experiences. I phoned directly to the hotel to ask if we could still park our car there while we were in Ireland for two weeks even though we were only staying one night upon returning from our trip, and the lady said yes, no problem! I am very disappointed with my stay at the hotel and the overall service. At the front desk, Hannah was busy taking phone calls. She saw me waiting in line but continued answering calls instead of assisting me. She even took additional calls while I was still waiting, which made me feel completely ignored as a guest. There were also several issues with our room. The window blinds were broken, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working.
