One of the employee is double parked right in front of the “side entrance” (Orange Subaru Crosstrek XV - CKN 6116) which we are using right now as the only entrance/exit because the main entrance is not accessible. I wish I can upload the photo for proof. Employees shouldn’t be parking close to the main entrance, specially double parked right in front of it…
I attended a couples dinner, the service was great, the food was delicious. I didnot stay at the hotel so I am unable to rate the suite.
During the weeks I stayed at the property, the fire alarm was activated one cold night. We were required to evacuate without any coordination from the staff. No one checked whether the guests were cold or feeling well, and there was no apparent follow-up to any safety protocol. Additionally, the main entrance door remains unrepaired, and the lobby and common areas continue to be cold. The property is still not properly maintained, and the main gate remains out of service.
