The staff make this place. The lovely waitress during the day and the night shift guy take care of you. I can't wait to come back next year :)

I reserved a room on booking.com. I just finished a 12 hour wedding day and wanted to check in. The first rep was like. We don’t have any rooms I don’t know why they keep saying we do… I waited 45 mins thinking she was coming back tit speak to me only to find out she wasn’t. The next employee while correcting the wrongs and finding out they actually did have rooms- took care of me.. when I got home the following day I found out that I was charged twice for the room. It was fine just very crowded. The pool was packed - which is great to see everyone enjoying it - but too much for me. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
