I had a great stay.
We booked this hotel expecting a comfortable family stay, but were disappointed. The pool was closed for “routine maintenance,” which wasn’t mentioned at booking. We only found out after getting the kids dressed and walking down only to see a sign on the pool door. Our room had wet carpet on arrival, which made the whole space feel damp and uncomfortable. There were also holes and visible scratch on the blackout curtain, so light from outside kept leaking in at night. The hotel feels dated and in need of renovations.
I was caught an extra night in Baltimore due to storms and so ended up at this hotel. And I was quite fortunate - Curtis picked me up from The airport, had a good meal and drinks at the hotel. Had a clean room, and an efficient ride back to the airport. They were kind and gracious and were a welcome place when that was greatly appreciated.
