Wowza! You can’t have a better experience than arriving at the Hilton after an 18 hour travel day and having the gift of front desk people like ANDREW! His smile And courtesy and graciousness nearly moved me to tears since the day had had so many rerouted flights and delays. THANK YOU Hilton for hiring someone like Andrew! We will be back!

I have never been to a worse Hotel!!!! First off they put one couple of our party into a room that was already occupied!!!!! When that couple went down to let the staff know they were extremely rude and almost acted like it was our fault!!!! We were only staying one night and got up early to head to the airport. By the way they don't have a shuttle to the airport....3:00am in the morning we go down to the lobby and the front desk person has to call Lyfts for us.
