I really enjoyed my stay the valet attendants are all very sweet and kind except the one with glasses who is tall he was very rude and disrespectful to my wife but everything else was up to par!
My stay this week was beyond any hotel experience I ever had! Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasant experience, the staff is professional and patient, I highly recommend using staying at this hotel. In addition the rooms were very clean and fresh (not the typical hotel mold smell)
The reception staff is very kind, the maids are friendly, and the cleanliness of the place is very good. However, here are a few points: - No assistance was offered upon arrival to take our luggage to the third floor (trolley). - Poorly soundproofed, we could hear our roommates' conversations almost as if we were in their room and they were walking very loudly above us.
