Rooms are clean and spacious. This is probably the best located hotel for Church Street access. That said, the food was not really good at breakfast. Not only that but they ran out of eggs and bacon before the close and had to substitute a lot of items on the menu. The bartender was alone with two groups and the regular bar customers, poor planning. the next night, we were alone at the bar and they had scheduled 2 bartenders, go figure.

Beds are comfortable. However, doors slamming and rattling something in our room woke me up at 6am. This isn't the first hotel that door slamming has woken me up. People are just ignorant. We were only here for a night. We didnt use any services. Hotel seems fancy though. Just do something about the door slamming.

The positives: the hotel is in a great location and most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, my stay fell far short of expectations. I waited over an hour past the 4pm check-in time, only to see a colleague who checked in after me promptly offered a room. When I finally received mine, it was an accessible room I hadn’t requested.
