Nice sized rooms, downstairs bar and restaurant, even a little shop with food, drinks, etc. Great location, walking distance to the Lake and Church Street. Knocking down a star only for the parking situation--valet only at $24 per night.
Overpriced for what it is, no breakfast included and they even try to charge for water bottles most hotels leave complimentary. The inner layout of the hotel is kind of confusing and I had to walk a lot to get to my room.

This is such a perfect location.You can walk just about anywhere you want to go in Burlington. And the recent renovation make the rooms feel clean and fresh. (Can’t beat the extra large tvs!) Nice lobby and nice service. Pool was tiny- but didn’t deter my kids from taking a swim and enjoying. They also provided a large and comfy roll away bed for my 5 year old.
Great location in downtown Burlingto, within walking distance of the waterfront, Church Street, Henry's and more.
