RAGGEDY. These people freely gave out keys to our room to anyone and everyone who asked. Rooms are not clean. Employees are rude. We paid the hotel for parking and got two tickets and a boot. Will never stay here again.

No on‑site parking—just a pricey, sketchy lot a block away, that’s tough to get to and feels unsafe at night. The 5‑minute walk from the flat lot can be a bit sketchy. Paying for one night of parking on top of an sta . Add some stains, cracked flooring, and grime in bathroom, and you have a recipe for frustration, not comfort. Hilton, fix your parking, improve lot security and lighting, and please introduce a valet option.

Great central location, however the parking lot the hotel suggest is $23 a night and I mistakingly paid for this the first night. There is a $10 overnight covered garage on Pearl street, only 2 block short walk. Room was large, has impressively large windows that give the higher floors great views.

Friendly front desk staff and the room was overall clean except that one of the two room I got assigned kinda smelled like mold a bit. Also one of the mornings there was no water but the hotel gave us free breakfast at the lobby. The cleaning staff was having a huge fight during a day and it was quite disturbing while I had to work on my stuff. Other than that, I liked the place.
