Booked this hotel and then could not make it due to a flight cancellation. Oftentimes, hotels will only charge you for one night in this situation and not the entire stay. We called to make that request, a representative said she would have to ask her assistant manager and would call us back. Unfortunately, they never got around to responding. Simply calling us back to say "no" and explain why would have been fine. Their lack of response unfortunately aggravated an already difficult travel situation.
Had a great stay when my flight was cancelled. Miguel was very attentive and helpful! Thank you!
Room was clean and comfy , close to airport , offered shuttle to airport , very convenient Food at bar was OK at best , ordered street tacos and chicken strips , taco meat was old and dry , shells over cooked , chicken was super dry , tasted freezer burnt
