Worst hotel stay in years, would give 0 stars if I could. After driving 11+ hours checked in with a pre booked reservation at 10:45pm. The reservation desk said I will give you a key but the room is showing as not cleaned in our system so please go check. The room smelled awful and showed signs of housekeeping (fresh towels) but also signs that the room was not flipped after a guest stay. Everything was excellent as it used to be in Hilton Garden Inn, but Ellen was a fantastic server and she makes me feel at home for humans like her I chose HiltonGI
Staff was very friendly. Good location for rest off 95 with nice amenities.
Been here a week. Will be here for another week. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Awesome breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable.
