****Edit **** Upon check out, I explained everything to the manager of the hotel as stated in this review, and I was given a full refund. I have also upgraded my rating from 1 star to 3 stars and 5 stars for service. Even though the property had problems, the staff were awesome, outgoing, and professional. As a Hilton honors member, I have stayed at numerous hilton properties throughout the world, and this by far is the worst. It all began on March 19, 2025, right after check in. Everything went fine through the check in process and we were given a room on the second floor. Once on the elevator, it had the odor of burning rubber/ plastic as if wires or something electrical was burning/ melting. Next, we arrived at our room, where inside it had a strong odor of seafood. Perfect for an overnight one traveling Northsouth on I95. Near the exit but we were not disturbed by traffic noise. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was plenty of parking.
