Clean, fresh, and pet friendly
This hotel was clean, nice and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay here!
I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bristol. The property itself was very nice, well-maintained, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the hotel in great condition. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. Service here has really went to crap. They do nothing but apologize for their many short falls lately. I will stay elsewhere when I am back in Bristol.
