I was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy from the staff at this hotel. Due to a death in the family, I had to cancel my reservation and requested consideration for a reduction of the steep cancellation fee. Every other hotel and airline I dealt with on this trip was at least sympathetic—some even offered concessions—yet this hotel was an exception. מלון קטן נקי וביתי. שירות אדיב ונעים . היינו לילה אחד . מאוד נהננו. עיצוב הלובי חמים ונעים ומשרה אוירה ביתית. הבריכה קטנה קצת פחות מתוחזקת אך נקיה ,היינו לגמרי לבד . היה נפלא . ממליצים .
