I am very disappointed in the customer service and the regional manager. To celebrate my birthday I wanted to book a one night stay that I won at an auction . After numerous calls and multiple voicemails left for Lisa Gandiaga over the course of a week I never received a call back.

Hotel rooms need upgrading. The bathroom sink was cracked, room lounge chair was worn, paper thin walls, and both beds were very noisy, and creaked very loud even when sitting on them. First two days we didn't need room housekeeping , the third day we wanted it, left the room at 9:00am, when there were 4 differant housekeepers on our floor, and returned at 3:10, room still wasn't cleaned. The plus was our server for breakfast, Rebecca, she was very nice and pleasant to talk to.

This is marked as a 3 star but as of today I would give it 3.5 star (when booking hotels not reviews). This has to be one of the most beautiful Hilton Garden Inn I have been too and I am a 14 year Diamond member. I will give you the worst first since it’s only one thing. This area is growing exponentially, the road coming in from the west on 84 is a very busy, congested with lots of construction with new businesses, housing etc. it’s about 25 miles of torture if you take the 44 text to meridian.
