Stayed for a local business event. Room was not as clean as I would prefer. Stains on carpet, hair in the shower. As a positive, the location allowed me to walk to many destinations nearby.
Although this place did not appear as it appeared on the Airbnb that I booked it on, it was still very nice. The pool was amazing. Hot tub was great and big, which was helpful since there were a few of us that wanted in there. The laundry facilities were wonderful and the little tiny gym was just perfect. The staff was very helpful and kind. They were quick to give me more towels when I needed them which I appreciated and the room was clean and available for early check-in.
My family and I stayed here. First comment: parking was less than ideal and a pain in the butt to get into the parking lot. Location in general was nice for downtown shopping as it was close. Once we got checked in and starting to unpack we realize the pack and play provided for my child has a fairly large rip in it. I brought this to the staff members attention to make sure they knew I was not the cause and there was no offer to get a different one. Good parking facility. The rooms are no big deal, just a standard hotel room like all the competition. Service, well if the parking lot attendants are part of that, then 3 stars. These guys are TERRIBLE. Walk together, yakking all the way. When you need to excuse yourself (customer), to try and get attention of two staff employees (business) who are yakking and laughing, to ask a question; there is much Work to be done in Management.
