Will not stay here again (if my kid goes to school here). Was put in handicapped room which only matters because the bed is miles away from the smaller tv. Blinds on one of the two windows wouldn’t work and I was offered a room change at 11pm when I was too exhausted to move but the receptionist could not discount so the window was open and I had no privacy. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Very inexperienced hotel staff, not helpful at all. Elevator was out, which means elderly had to carry all their luggage up and down the steps. Parking was a nightmare. On top of the expensive stay, they will charge you for breakfast and parking too. It would’ve been nice to at least have a discount or something considering elevators are out, making people walk flights of stairs, parking being a nightmare. We had a room block for an event and Cheyenne was super helpful in getting things set up and just the overall flow of the weekend. They made our hotel stay very smooth.
Buyer beware… We have always enjoyed our stays with Hilton and have received great service. Unfortunately this location charged us $600 for a broken TV that we did not even use nor did we ever turn on. When I called to discuss with the general manager, Trent, he informed me that the maids and supervisors check the TVs between every visit and because we did not report it to them we are going to be held responsible. Normally I find Hiltons to be quite nice. The interior of this hotel was good. Parking was terrible. Elevators broken garage and disrepair. I found the hotel linkage to this garage to be disorganized so overall that results in my poor rating
