Tried to cancel a room 6 days prior to stay and was told it’s non refundable. Terrible customer service
Expected a Hilton Garden Inn experience and got instead a hotel designed by someone who only ever has designed escape rooms. Pros - Great location! - Locks worked - Rooms looked clean Cons - Why is there a picture on Google Maps indicating there is a pool at this hotel, yet there’s no pool..? Feels a little scammy. - It is so confusing trying to figure out where to part for check in.
