Pros are comfy bed and good location Cons are everything else, truly horrible service, amenities missing from the room, no daily housekeeping. No clue why Google thinks this is a 3-star hotel, the experience is 1-star.
Service is terrible
Stayed at this hotel for a week for work. The bed is uncomfortable. Room service only comes once every other day which is not the end of the world but an annoyance. The air conditioner in the room is exceptionally loud, it turns on and off randomly with a loud clunk and rattles. I talked to the staff about who did their best to fix it, but it must just be how this building is designed. I've slept poorly for a whole week. Gym is nice. Staff are nice. Would not come back
After having a horrible experience, my impression was strengthened by the reviews that various guests have provided. From my own experience, i would strongly advise the management to take difficult decisions in order to save their business as well as their loyal customers from utter disappointment. Unfortunately, the written response to the complain was even more pathetic and disappointing, to say the least.
