Good morning Im hilton member I called this morning to confirm my vist for next weekend the gentleman who answered the phone should of got a name but anyway when I stated I have a service animal and that I wanted to let them to put in the system he told me that he could that he needs to see the animal and the dog ive stay at a few hiltons and never experience that issue but anyway I won't never never stay there if u have dog beware
Other than the high price for parking ($30 per night) and the overpriced breakfast ($16 p/p) and the exceptionally loud A/C unit, and a $17.00 glass of wine at the bar it wasn't too bad a stay. Only 1 of 3 elevators did make waiting a bit long. Comment to all hotels: now that we are in the 'device' age, please provide more plug-ins and a table suitable for a laptop. It was convenient to the Metro and was priced lower than comparable hotels in the area.
I personally did not stay here. My husband did. As he was traveling home he realized he had left his pillow and a blanket I had gotten him when we dated behind. We have stayed at other hotels before where stuff was left and never saw it again. I decided to try and call since he was not able to due to his travels. I spoke with a lovely man named Daniel.
