Front desk staff is rude and dismissive. I booked a room through AirBnB, it was confirmed by host, but the front desk would not honor the confirmation. I paid for one room twice, though AirBnB and a second time at the front desk. Both parties have told me the last 15 days to get the refund from the other party and when I reach out for a update, act like they cannot help. Just save yourself a headache and stay elsewhere.
