Stayed here for a hiring event this week. While the rooms were nice and clean and the location was in a good spot, the lady at the front desk, Melissa, is a little off. When I arrived, I asked her if there were event rooms - so I knew where to meet my group. She snapped at me saying "I don't know! I'm the only one here!". I asked again thinking she didn't understand me and she snapped again saying "I don't know, I'm not in sales!". The lady[ I shouldn't call her that] should not work in public. She must own the franchise. No one was at the front desk. I ask if there was anyone working. She came out of the back office and said, What do you want? I'm busy! I need a room. NO! I work at a plant in that area. Last time I was there, she was grouchy when I checked in. I gave her a bad review then. She must have remembered me. I have been an Hilton Honors member since May 2012. #597439013 and that is the worst employee I have ever met. This is the second time that we have been treated very rude by a front desk woman! She says what do you want I’m busy…my husband says “a room” she says we don’t have any and walks away
