Overall, the room and location are good; however, the customer service when it comes to handling conflicts with customers needs improvement to ensure they are taken care of from start to finish. For this reason, I wouldn't stay at this location, especially as a Hilton Honors customer for years with high expectations of what it means to take care of a customer.

MOVE OVER PEOPLE ROACHES CAMP HERE! They need to get all new cleaning crew because they are making this hotel trash. I have never been to a hotel where nastiness was ok for being a Hilton! Come on?! What are you doing with yr business? The only reason I'm being nice is because the rest of the staff seemed nice! The halls and our rooms were gross. Bottles in the halls of the secone floor and when we were moved to third floor because of roaches and poopoo streaks in toilet and pillow cases were disgusting and just debrie on th... read more

Nice, clean, friendly hotel conveniently located off I-10. Much nicer than others. Standard Garden hilton with breakfast at cost, small internal store for incidentals and snacks at cost. Breakfast buffet is a decent breakfast with freshly cooked dinner options as well. Rooms are new and cleaned every other day. Lots of parking.
