Just left a few hours ago. Planned on 2 nights but left after the first night but said we would be charged for the second night as we missed the checkout deadline. The good…staff was great, and the restaurant folks were fantastic. The bad…only one elevator in service; door was extremely heavy and hard to open and slams shut; carpet frayed badly where it met the tile; bathroom wall next to tub had peeling and blistered paint; rust issues on the metal trim of bathroom door; a/c was extremely noisy; trash under bed. This hotel isn’t one I would take my family back to. With limited food options around here this hotel choses to take full advantage of that. The breakfast is charged to you daily here it is not included in the stay. The adult buffet that happens a few times a week is $14 and it’s nothing different than a standard hotel breakfast. The children are charged $7. The hotels pool is freezing as if they have the heater off, and the hot tub is still drained after almost a year. Beware parking lot floods with a little bit of rain! We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised amenities that were important to our family, including the hot tub and breakfast. Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered the hot tub was closed, and there was no notice of this on the website or during the booking process. We were also disappointed to learn that breakfast was not included.
