I was really disappointed since the indoor pool was really cold & the hot tub didn’t even have water in it, which are the main reasons for choosing this hotel for the grandkids. The toilet in the pool area would flush either. The room was very clean but supplies were in 3’s towels, wash rags, pillows etc, which was more of an inconvenience than anything since we had reservations for 4. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the Garden Inn Hilton!!!! It's not up to the Hilton standards!!! We stayed for two nights. During that time, no one emptied our trash, no one cleaned our room and no one changed the towels!!!! One good point was the swimming pool.... but the spa/hot tub was broken!!! When I asked at the desk, I was told, "It's been broken for months" What happened to this Hilton???????

Excellent all around, the receptionist helped my wife sort out a list reservation from expedia.com and gave us a room. The pool was clean, and the downtown area is really beautiful. A perfect stay...and the breakfast was exceptional. The cook and waitress were ON TOP OF IT.
