Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Had to ask for towels twice as our room was only cleaned once during our stay. Otherwise hotel stay was great.
Rooms were fine. While the location is convenient, it's also right by the freeway. Frequent "Jake brakes" from trucks taking the exit. Traffic got heavy around 5 a.m., sounded like they were right under us.
Terrible experience at the location. The staff are extremely unfriendly and the rarely acknowledged us during our stay. Besides the poor water pressure with the shower the rooms were decent. Also I feel as a Hilton Honors member breakfast should be free or a discount applied.
First time staying here, and definitely not other Hilton properties. Very few if any employees greeted us when they walked by. Rooms where nice and clean however the water pressure in the shower was a absolute joke. Upon checkout they didn't thank us for staying with them. For almost $300 a night we expected a little more.
