I spent 3 nights while on a training trip for work. The room was huge and it was exceptionally nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good overall
If you prefer not to sleep go ahead and give it a try. As a Diamond member, I have spent too many nights in hotels to know what a great hotel is and one that is in poor shape and even more poorly managed. The first night I was awakened at 3AM by a screaming blower motor in the HVAC unit. I had to turn off the unit of course. This made it hot in the room and impossible to sleep. The gentleman with the longer brown hair was AMAZING!! He was always in a good mood and made others feel welcome! Need more like him
This hotel is top notch. My wife and I stayed here when we went to my 50th College reunion. It is clean and well maintained and the staff is terrific. There is a small restaurant in the lobby where you can have breakfast--a very good breakfast. I had both the pancakes and the omelette, both were delicious. I would like to mention Jackie Mo especially. She went way out of her way to help us with a reservation glitch caused by a scheduling change. She went way beyond to help us.
