Lisa at the front desk was AMAZING. Everyone was but Lisa was our favorite. Helpful and friendly and just made the trip so much better. We love this hotel and always stay here.
From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles and kindness from Jackie. She is an amazingly genuine lady. Our room was out of this world beautiful. Clean and remodeled. But the view of the falls were epic. It was my Birthday. And we will always remember the excellent time spent there. We will be back.. Thank you so much.
Don't let this place fool you! Breakfast isn't included in the ridiculously high prices, and there is NO hot tub. Pool is only 5ft as well, TINY!
The restaurant in this hotel is the BEST ever. Jess the chef us Awesome. Our servers Sam C. , Ryan,and Misty were Fabulous. We would drive the 50 minutes just to eat there.
