This used to be an excellent hotel, but it has really deteriorated. It seems as if they are actively trying to disappoint loyal Hilton users. Personally, I was disappointed by (1) the failure to recognize me as a diamond member or to provide the food credit; (2) sold my long-reserved room to someone else; (2) now charges $18 for a very basic breakfast ; (4) has closed dining room , exercise room, and pool; and (5 ) construction materials and garbage littered about the property.
