Rooms are clean, but the shampoo bottle in our room was completely empty and the front desk employee was very rude upon check-in. My mother booked two rooms, one for herself and my sister and one for my husband and myself. Unfortunately due to weather, our flight got cancelled and we were unable to get to Auburn for the first night of our reservation.
