Passing through with our dog - got a pet room. Hotel has paid parking lot $6/day
Despite repeatedly but politely asking for a late checkout beyond the standard 2 PM checkout for Hilton Gold members, my request was denied. Most Hilton properties provide me with a 4 PM check out based on my Hilton Gold and million plus point status.
Easy to find, rooms nice and clean. Customer service was excellent. Thanks to Shy.
Front desk clerk didn't care about good service and lied to me. That's all I have to say
