We have stayed here several times now and had good experiences. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and stylish. The service is great but the staff have a hands off attitude. You need to ask for help and you get great service but they don't smother you and make your every move seem watched. We think the location is great. There is any food restaurant you could want or need. There is shopping close. Atlanta is acceptable but far enough away that you're not in the city. I recommend this place for a great trip to the area.
Rooms were immaculate. Even the guest bathrooms downstairs were cleanly! The cooks and bartenders were kind and personable. Had a great stay.
We were billed multiple random charges. When asked about them, the manager couldn’t not have cared any less. She said she’d “look into it” after being plain rude. It was well over $100 in random charges that couldn’t be explained or accounted for. I will not stay here again. I do not recommend this location AT ALL. I’ll personally never even stay at a Hilton again after the absolute joke of customer care.
