Hilton-In General – Do I even have to select a star, really? I booked a 3 night stay at one of their hotels and they charged my debit card 2xs 2 days before Christmas! That's about $300 of mine they are holding onto. I call their customer service line to get resolution and I get probably the rudest person, who definitely should A.
