If you could write a review giving a place a 0/5 this place deserves it. Booked for a stay to play event for a baseball tournament and ended up leaving on day 2. There were NO amenities. The pool was green and dirty, laundry room out of order, ice machine broken, thankfully we were lucky enough to have key access to our room but that was the only plus because many people were being let in their room by staff. I had stayed in many Hilton hotels being a Hilton honors member. My husband and I was extremely disappointed in our stay . This was worst of all. They start by saying our room keys where not working and was informed that they will be functional in the morning. NOT…… The pool was out of order,l Our shower glass door opened while we were showering, Room smelled moldy. Ice machine was not working on our floor and had to go to a different floor. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night, and the doors, we kept to have unlocking the doors whenever nobody else was in the room. The staff was absolutely horrible, and he kept saying thank you for being patient. Definitely will not ever return.
Very poor hotel and leak of management and hotel staff non of key work at door and needs to put attention by Hilton group
