This is a great location... but in an age when most hotels are offering continental breakfast included, they charge $15pp. The front desk Staff seems to hold contempt for the guests. Not one were they rude to me, I witnessed her being rude to two others.

I checked in on 2/27. When I went into the room, there were more than 20 ladybugs. The front desk switched me to another room, but the second room also had ladybugs (though fewer) and a broken toilet. When I asked for another room change, a different staff member was rude and said it would be the last change because other guests were checking in (it was after 11 p.m.) She also told me the doors are open 24/7 so they can’t prevent ladybugs from flying in, and that ladybugs are not harmful. Our overnight stay was excellent Rooms are clean and comfortable The staff members are respectful and helpful I accidentally left my watch I live close to 200 miles away My watch was secured and mailed to me I highly recommend staying here

My stay at the Hilton was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — close to the gym and plenty of shopping, which made everything easy and convenient. What really stood out though was Candra at the front desk. She was the cherry on top. Welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly — she made all the difference in our stay. Service like that matters, and she delivered. Thank you, Candra. We truly appreciated you.
