Tried to check in at 2:55 and she wanted to charge me $25...so of course I waited until 3.The tv did not work, had to call maintenance, he finally got it to work but volume was very low all the way turned up. So we just turned on CC and called it a night.Definitely need bed pillows. Bar was supposed to start at 4:00, bar tender was late...so we could only get beer and wine. The cook did serve us that. I stayed here for business and the customer service was amazing. Shan at the front desk was a complete joy to interact with and she made sure my stay was easy and comfortable. I would stay here again because of my experience with her. Thank you
Great hotel. Very modern and clean. The front desk staff were great! Good location in north Atlanta. Quiet room. The HVAC wall unit was a little noisy, but no more so than other hotels I've stayed in. We will definitely stay there again.
This hotel is junk. To be clear, the staff is not. Most of them have been friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating, but this hotel is a piece of junk. We've been moved to four different rooms already, and every single time there's a problem. First room, we couldn't even get in. The front desk tried swapping our card twice, then finally just said the battery on the door lock must be broken.
