I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your property in Room 422. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards we expected. • Emergency vehicle noise from Powers Ferry Road disturbed our rest throughout the night. • The coffee maker was unusable due to no water being provided. • The bedspread showed significant wear and did not feel well maintained. • The AC unit was extremely loud and caused the window to vibrate whenever the compressor turned on. • Water pressure in the bathroom was v... read more
Room was not clean and smelled like someone had just smoked in it. Morning service was not accommodating. Not the normal Hilton experience.
Addendum....Was not given a $20 credit as offered per Paul. Credit card total is unchanged. Nasty covers found with dirt and smelled like a musty gym. Carpet stained! Bitten by ants. Front desk said they were "booked solid", no other room available! Offered $20 off our bill by the manager Paul as compensation. We had to sleep in fear of being bitten again by ANTS!! Kids and pets are not safe. DO NOT TAKE FOOD TO YOUR ROOM!! This is not the Hilton Garden in Promise you advertise! That's far from "making it right." Housekeepin... read more
