UPDATE: even after they responded back here, the property didnt answer or return my calls. I FINALLY got help thru the Hilton Customer Care after days and days of trying. I Thank them for making this right. My review of the property stands, but kudos to the Hilton Brand for stepping up and backing your expectations. Rooms arent cleaned daily and they dont tell you upon making a reservation or checking in. They cannot provide clean towels on our second day. As a weary traveler, I discovered that airline vouchers—at least with Delta—do not equate to pre-reserved rooms. When I arrived at the hotel late at night, Sean, the front desk employee, had to manually enter each voucher, process payment, and then locate an available room for every guest. Because of this process, I waited in line for about an hour. While the wait was frustrating, it had nothing to do with the hotel itself—this is just how the system works.
