Like a couple others have shared, I was placed at this hotel via airline voucher on a night where hundreds of others were also sent to this hotel. This led to a four hour wait in the lobby after an already extremely long and frustrating day of travel. I'm not going to slam the Night Auditor, who was working by himself to manage this situation. Awful experience. The gentleman working at night shift on June 14, 2026 had an awful attitude. Our Delta plane was delayed and he was very unhelpful and was being a smart butt the entire time to everyone that was there whoever his manager is has to talk to this guy and get him in order because what he did was wrong. He did not allow any vouchers. I also had a confirmed room and he gave that away when I was next in line he said he had no more rooms left even though I had a confirmed room. Terribly slow service. Waited over 5 hours to get a single room. Got here at midnight and just wanted to lay down but had to stand for hours
Staff was soooo nice. Amenities were good- especially the workout room and the on-site restaurant.
