Staff was very helpful and accomodating.
The service at this location leaves a LOT to be desired. The front desk is super slow and even if there are only 1-2 people in front of you it will take them 15-30 minutes to help you. The maid service is not great - they never refilled our body wash or shampoo throughout our stay. The elevator also takes FOREVER, I think only 1 is working so you have to wait 5-10 minutes every time.
Para las dimensiones de Pasadena, y del resto del país, está en el centro de ningún sitio. El Hotel es peculiar, las habitaciones están bien, no te hacen la cama y demás a no ser que avises que quieres que lo hagan. El bufete del desayuno no es muy espléndido, pero está bien. La cocina no abre siempre para comidas y cenas. Las recepcionistas no son extremadamente simpáticas, y no hablan Castellano. El resto del personal si.
