From booking to check in, service was wonderful. Isaiah helped us check in and gave me reliable information. He was a delight and so very helpful. An additional thank you to Isaiah for getting ice for my coffee since the third floor machine wasn’t working at the time. Even under construction, all contractors and staff were so polite and lovely in assisting myself and my nieces. Will definitely book here again for future visits.
Never ever book with this hotel! I booked a room on expedia and accidentally put in the wrong dates. Tried to move the dates up and was told i had to forfeit my payment and pay 100% for a new booking. Cancellation was also nonrefundable and now im out $178!! Terrible terrible customer service, if the room is already paid for why cant the dates just be switched?? That is no way to conduct business. I'd like to update my review, im happy to report that i was indeed given a full refund and blame expedia for the way they handled... read more
We stayed two nights. Clerk at the front desk looked like he was dressed for the gym, but he was helpful. They were doing construction at the hotel, so the walk to our room was over uneven and uneven surface. Room was just ok as it needed a refresh. Pool area was a hit with our preschool aged granddaughter, although the water was cold. Didn’t eat breakfast as we didn’t want to pay extra & no bartender was on duty either day.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared because it fell well below the standard I expect from the Hilton brand. I mistakenly booked only one night instead of two. The hotel staff appropriately moved my belongings after checkout, and I want to acknowledge that the front desk associate who initially assisted me was professional and ensured my computer and other valuables were accounted for.
