It was ok. Main problem I had was the room had a very musty and humid smell/feel. Come to find out the a/c unit by the window was just leaking/condensating all on the top and onto the floor. Most likely a mildew problem going on there but nothing they could do. Other than that, it was ok
Great except the windows don’t open. Gross. Stale dirty air. No thanks. Please fix this.
This was our 4th hotel out of 5 on our 10-day vacation from Arkansas to Geneva IL, Mackinac Island, Ann Arbor and Detroit. It was by far the best we stayed at and ironically the least expensive. The staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The property was immaculate. We had a fabulous stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ann Arbor.
