Been trying to get in contact with hotel sales manager Meygan Young for months without response. Clearly this hotel does not care about customer service
Location is convenient to the Allentown airport. Upon check-in, we had bags of trash outside of our hotel room door. Was never cleaned up. The next morning, when we mentioned that the trash was still there it was brushed off as housekeeping hadn’t been in yet. Very unusual for us to stay at a Hilton location and have trash in the hallway. Bed was comfortable.
Staff was awesome room was o k but a lotta noise from the next door business and lights. Some of the staff of hours are very rude and should not probably beal with the general population of the world but the daytime staff was fabulous.
