Great other than no street parking and there’s a 40$ valet fee
When we arrived as Hilton Honors guests, we were not made aware of that there weren't any HEAT in the rooms! It was a very cold night, so I called down in the morning to ask for assistance with the thermostat and then I was told that the HVAC system wasn't working. I then was offered a portable heater and I could retrieve it at the desk. So not until we I mentioned that we had a cold night then we were offered a heater not at check in???
