Experience was very mixed. We enjoyed the lounge, and the hotel was newly renovated. Our room, however, had a very strange and disconcerting smell, and the fire alarm went off during the night on all 3 nights. No communication from the hotel on why the fire alarm kept happening. It frankly just didn't feel safe. I wouldn't stay here again.

So as Hilton Gold members this place looked beautiful and spacious on the first floor until you got to the broken elevator which was also dirty with graffiti. All would be forgiven if the fire alarm didn't go off repeatedly the first night, at 1:00 am and 6:47am and for the rest of my stay at exactly 6:47am. Ice machine broken on our floor. No official apology from hotel and no honoring of the 10.00 a day meal credit promised to Gold members. Basically don't stay here unless you can sleep through anything.

One elevator broken. Room not vacuumed. 4th floor ice machine doesnt work. Exterminator going in and out of rooms... The fire alarms went off randomly in the middle of the night in every room of the hotel all 3 nights... nice place dont stay here

Update, very nice folks reached out to me and committed to discuss standing down the room. Again, verynice folks. I'm sure they will address the issue. Origional review : The worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time. I stayed in a room with a mind numbing, wall shaking hum. Sounds like a train is constantly going by the window. There is no furniture or a place to put a bag. Good part was the staff was friendly but unfortunately couldn't do anything to correct the issues with the room as they were fully booked. D... read more
