Charge a lot but was awesome.
Clean, service with a smile and the suites are large. I have been here 3 days out of 7 and there is always a smile and a hello from the front desk. Security is even helpful and does a great job.❤️
Around 900 till 1100pm loud performance vechile circled around the area. Loud engine exhaust. Nothing but noise...This location chooses for how close the Zoo run...not much sleep....If you stay here BRING EAR PLUGS!!!!!!!!!!
Customer service is lousy- it wasn't lost on me that the employees were white and my son and I weren't. The chain had definitely changed and certainly not for the better.
Beautiful and clean hotel. The rooms are large and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Building was secured as you need your room key to enter all doors. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Traditional American and Southwest selections. The bar in the lobby has a good happy hour deal with drinks and food. Would stay again!
