Parking was terrible and front desk staff was not very accomidating.

I have been a long time Hilton member. I flew in and arrived at the hotel at around 12:15 am with us leaving at 7am. The night clerk was very nice. However I am very surprised that I had to pay for parking. First of all, it's not like a downtown hotel where others may park. Other places in the area have their own parking. Also, they want you to use a 3rd party app to pay, I chose not to and put it on the bill. As to the room, it was fine, but the sink faucets had hot water and warm water, no cold water.
