Update — September 23, 2026: I'm disappointed to share that two weeks have passed since the General Manager kindly replied to this review and said they would contact me "today to make this up to you." Unfortunately, I have not received any phone call or email since. Original review: Extremely disappointed with the deceptive practices and unacceptable service at this location. Hotel has clean/spacious rooms, 24/7 airport shuttle, and friendly, helpful staff
A place like this shouldn't be wearing the Hilton name. Would be fine for $89, but at $200/night there are much better options. Bedding was great, which matters most to me, but everything else was worthy of an $89/night aging roadside motel. 24hr airport shuttle and $10 per night parking made it cheaper and more convenient than airport parking for leaving my car while out on a business trip.
