This is the first time I am leaving a negative review on a motel. The advertisement mentioned the hotel provided parking, but then we had to pay an additional ten dollars to park. Don’t advertise parking if it’s not free. It also advertised breakfast but then during the booking process we had to pay $16 more for breakfast. They use a third party payment system for parking now so for business travelers that means obtaining and submitting a separate receipt from hotel bill.
Service- as I was checking in another guest complained about staff walking into his room to check something claiming room was marked unoccupied, then a staff member demeneded he walk into my room to check TV bar code. I said NO and this should have been done before 3pm check in time. Hilton App says there is no parking fee, surprise there are parking fees.
