The staff, the staff, the staff! That's the reason I keep staying here. The rooms are just average. Nothing special but what makes me keep coming back is the staff! They are so friendly, so kind and so caring. The first time I stayed here, I was traveling alone and sick. These kind people took care of me! I booked this place 2 years ago or so and I think I was happy with what I got for the price. At that time the elevators broke down but otherwise was pleasant. I booked it again this week and was not happy. My digital key didn’t work, room front door didn’t close well, bathroom door didn’t stay closed, toliet flush got stuck often, hot water was too hot and strong from sink but not as hot or strong in the shower, room had no safe, and phone wasn’t plugged in.
