I had high hopes for this hotel, amazing customer service from Kia. Unfortunately our room had a terrible smell and our sink didn't drain at all, it was completely clogged up. It's close to the airport, I appreciate the free shuttle and wifi.
Rooms are ok Nothing over the top although it mini fridge was not working and toilet would run constantly if you didn't jiggle the handle. The One front desk staff who we interacted with , Casey, couldn't have been any nicer, pleasant, kind, and helpful and even going out of their way to bring me a bottle of water when they saw I was in the gym. Hopefully she is recognized for her great customer service.
The hotel was in a good location for our work. The staff was very nice but I didn't interact with them much. The rooms were old and plugs were were limited. They had a thermostat but one has to use the wall unit to change the temperature. The breakfast buffet was $15 and pretty limited. It's very convenient for patients at Albany Medical Center. The parking was free but limited in spaces. One exit was really difficult to approach and turn into.
Trying to make reservations and they hung up on me 3 times…
