this place is gross. Room smells like someone’s dirty gym bag. theres a film over the whole hotel. Hard to believe this is a Hilton Hotel. it’s usually safe to book certain brands…this is an exception. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
The shower took over 10 minutes to get any kind of warmth.
Excellent location for ALB. Rooms and hotel " tired". Service , especially for breakfast, non existent. Shame. There is potential.
Check-in was smooth and fast even though there was a line. Complimentary cookies were amazing. Complimentary coffee/ tea bar. 2 bottles of complimentary water in the room. I really liked our here. Good for families. Well, be returning on more business trips and active airport pick up. Less than 5 minutes away. The place is but pet friendly. If you are allergic or sensitive, you may need to find another place. Well lit parking lot. Felt safe. Every staff member we encountered was friendly.
Feels like an old hotel needing a rehab. It has that slightly old, humid feeling throughout the hotel that lends a sense there is a layer of film on everything. It is super convenient to the airport and the people working were excellent. Side note, we came in at midnight and the room they gave me had beds that had not been changed. I hope that was an honest mistake and they were quick to get us a different room.
