Rooms need work. The age of the building is starting to show. Signs of wear and tear are present everywhere. The front desk staff were fantastic. I used the Hilton app to check in and open my room door but they were still friendly and gave me a goody bag when I arrived.
Great customer service at the from desk and the room was clean and tidy.
Both of our rooms were outdated, beds were stained, furniture chipped up more than at Goodwill. Both rooms stunk smelling like cigarette smoke and weed. Pillows would fall down between the mattress and headboard. Only reason I gave 3 stars overall is the staff were attentive and helpful (especially Kimmie) and the rooms and hallways were clean for the most part. Toilet seat was peeling away.
