Made reservations late at night and was transferred to a special agent. The room rates for 3 nights beginning March 4 were extremely high; for 1 person. $219.73 + $205.05 + $172.07 = $596.83. Room 221 was freezing cold upon checkin, couldn't get the heater function to work, no spare blankets. The next day the thermostat was replaced. Carpet in hall was very dirty. My wife and I recently had a wonderful stay at the Aiken Hilton Garden Inn. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Highly recommend. Will stay again.
