Excellent hotel, very clean, and the staff is friendly. The only things I had a problem with were not being able to get extra sheets and pillows upon request and the fridge in the room is either too warm or freezes everything. The pool and the property are maintained.
Morgan Roach at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was quiet and beds were comfortable, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom of room 424 served no purpose except to make noise. The towels were yellow and dingy so need to be replaced or washed with bleach. The breakfast was bountiful but we were surprised to learn it was not included with our room. We had the Senior rate of $169 + tax which totaled $189. Morgan was very friendly and took great care of us throughout our stay.
I had some unforeseen medical tests, so I was not able to stay. I asked the management to cancel the reservation but they would not even answer the request. Saying no is acceptable but refusing to answer is not
