The hotel is spotless. The front desk staff was wonderful. from check in, in between, and check out they truly went out of their way. My dog had surgery, and at check out I asked for a cart, Jarod said no cart but he was getting off work and would be happy to help. He carried two bags to my car while I carried the dog. Talk about above and beyond taking care of customers! Jarod gets 10 stars!
Centrally located to many food options and stores. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good service. Dan the front desk manager is great and on top of stuff. I would stay here again.
I stayed here for my birthday trip, and it honestly made the whole experience even better. The staff was amazing during check-in, they were welcoming, easy to talk to, and made the interaction feel genuine instead of routine. I also loved the location since I could step outside and relax, and it was close enough to popular spots without feeling crowded or hectic.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at a Hilton property. While the woman who checked us in was pleasant, the rest of our experience was frustrating and poorly handled. We booked two rooms for our wedding weekend. One for a one night stay and another for two nights. At check in, no one clarified which reservation was tied to which room.
