I have it a 4 star because they charge you for parking! Other than that the service was amazing! Rooms were great! We were in room 431 so the picture is from the balcony!! As you can see beautiful views!
First time staying here. We wanted to be closer to the upper end of Gatlinburg. The hotel was clean. The staff was very professional and pleasant. I wish it had an easier path to the main strip when walking, but that's not their fault. Will stay here again.
