We booked our room on Expedia and paid in full. They charged us again after checking out and still have not been refunded. We booked a shuttle to the dock and were told it would drop us back off but the shuttle was only for people who had vehicles parked at another hotel. We didn’t receive any compensation from that either. I would not recommend staying here or using the shuttle service to get to your cruise ship.
