Strange unwelcoming staff. We had three encounters with the hotel that were all unusually rude or at least strange. First we asked for late checkout and I was willing to pay. Person at the front desk said it is not available, then said it’s $50 for 1pm checkout. I then asked for 12pm and he said it is also $50. So 12 and 1pm would both have costed $50? Booked a whole block of rooms and the front desk can't be bothered to check if I can get 1 extra hour to check out nor check for the suite upgrade in our contract. Will not return.
