Disrespectful and dismissive care. I’ve been going to this clinic for a couple of years, but my most recent visit (June 2nd) made it very clear I won’t be returning. The dental assistant, Vicky, has always come across as passive-aggressive, but I brushed it off thinking maybe I was overthinking. That changed this week.
